THE RELATIONSHIP

Work hard, play harder. That's my mentality. I have a fun personality and great sense of humor, and I combine that with my knowledge of fitness to create effective sessions that you actually enjoy. My clients tell me that while they once dreaded working out, they end up looking forward to it after working with me. How awesome is that?

THINK I CAN'T RELATE? THINK AGAIN.

Whatever your fitness goals are, I’ve probably been there, done that. I know what it’s like to be a competitive athlete and the diligence required to fine-tune your skills. I also understand what it’s like to gain weight and not feel great about yourself. And I know how challenging it can be to have a health concern that can pose obstacles in your life. Having this empathy is key in creating a successful fitness program for you.

FORM SERGEANT

There's one thing I'm picky about: form and safe exercises. Proper form and safety are my number one priority. If you’re not doing an exercise properly, it won’t be effective. Neither will trying a movement that’s beyond your limits. I’m not going to ask you to perform a Kettlebell squat on a BOSU if your basic squat can use some improvement.
