A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Hey everyone! I'm Kristina McHugh, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. My interest in fitness began before i started kindergarten when my love for swimming turned from a summer activity to a year-round competition.

I hung up my suit after 13 years and took a major break. As in, I did absolutely no fitness activities whatsoever. The result? I gained weight, felt like crap, had no energy and totally lost my confidence.

I decided to take back control of my life and got back in the gym, lifted weights, did some cardio and overhauled my nutrition. I got back to an even better version of my old self.

My journey on both ends of the spectrum is a gift. It allows me to empathize with you and guides me in structuring a program that kicks @$$.

I BELIEVE THAT...

  • energy manifests itself, positive or negative. Make positive energy your focus and give the middle finger to any negative thoughts.

  • determination equals results. Period.

  • to change, you have to be challenged.

  • a sense of humor is essential.

  • fitness can be fun. No one said easy. But training with me can be something to look forward to.

  • you have what you're committed to. Let that one marinate for a minute.
